Dr. Thomas W. Schrepfer holds law degrees of the University of Berne (Dr. iur., M Law) and Harvard Law School (LL.M.) as well as business degrees from the Rotman School of Management, Toronto (MBA) and the University of St.Gallen (EMBA-HSG). For his academic and scientific work in law and business he received prestigious awards such as the Professor-Walther-Hug Prize and the Roger N. Wolff Prize as well as a scholarship of the Swiss National Fund. From 1985 he worked for several years as commercial lawyer specializing in international transactions, M&A, corporate, and tax law and became senior partner in a Zurich law firm. He also served as executive chairman and board member on the board of directors of pharmaceutical, IT, medical device and leisure industry companies. In 1999 he founded a medical device company and built it up from scratch to a company being at the cutting edge of technology in the diabetes field. After that he managed a niche consultancy providing services in areas such as strategy, leadership, business development, restructuring and M&A. Starting in 2011 he was partner at Remaco, a leading Swiss company for small and medium sized transactions. He has expanded the clientele of Remaco geographically and sectorally. Since 2014 he is managing partner at PMIC Advisors Group Ltd. For several clients located in the German speaking part of Europe he has succesfully established strategic partnerships with companies located in Asia and Northern America. His main focus is on transactions (buy and sell side), MBO and MBI transactions including financing, strategic partnerships, M&A strategy, corporate financing including growth financing, and succession planning.

Marc Wallach is an expert in management and implementation of strategic sales projects, financing and M&A transactions. Many years of management experience at executive level, turnaround and crisis management as well as strong negotiation skills distinguish him. His knowledge of mechanical engineering, the insurance and banking business, enables him to solve complex problems in a fast timely manner. He speaks German, English and French.
Besides proven sales expertise, he has 20 years of project management and acquisition management experience in the engineering industry as well as in finance. He is an entrepreneur and board member. His main focus is on trade, industry and services.
